Forest bathing, also known as Shinrin Yoku, is a Japanese form of therapy that invites you to walk through the forest in silence and consciously perceive nature with all your senses.

The main focus is on mindfulness and connecting with nature: the rustling of the leaves, the clear forest air, the play of light between the trees and feeling the ground beneath your feet.
In today's hectic world, we often lose touch with nature - and therefore with ourselves.
Forest bathing helps us to switch off the carousel of thoughts, slow down and arrive in the present moment.

It's about feeling yourself, the simplicity & abundance of life.
Arrive in the here and now.

In a guided forest bathing session, I invite you to experience the forest in a new, deeper way.

🌱 We move slowly and consciously, take breaks and open our attention to our surroundings.
🌱 Through targeted mindfulness exercises, we dedicate ourselves to each sense in turn.
🌱 With gentle breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques, I will guide you step by step into peace and presence.

The forest is waiting for you - immerse yourself in the world of nature.

Procedure
 

Each session is customized and adapted to the group or individual. It becomes your nature experience.
The island offers many great hiking trails, which I will choose depending on the season.
Please bring comfortable shoes, sun cream, a hat (depending on the temperature), water, a towel or a light blanket.
